Avelardo Valentino Malvido is a highly respected Family Nurse Practitioner with a longstanding dedication to exceptional patient care. Avel applied his surgical skillset by being an attending Surgical First Assistant for over 20 years with leading plastic surgeons in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills. After working and increasing his skill set, he pursued further training and education, obtaining Surgical First Assistant status. He then continued his education at West Coast University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with cum laude honors, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner program, again graduating with high honors.
Avelardo Malvido holds extensive academic credentials, including Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Public Health Nurse (PHN), underscoring his comprehensive expertise in healthcare. His career is marked by a compassionate approach to patient care, commitment to evidence-based practice, and dedication to lifelong learning.
From his initial role as a surgical technologist, through his advancement as a Surgical First Assistant, to his current position as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Malvido has consistently demonstrated clinical excellence and a patient-centered care philosophy.
He is married and lives in the City of Corona with his lovely wife and their pet, Arya, a Maltese mix. His work serves as an inspiration, embodying the virtues of hard work, dedication, and a sincere commitment to improving patient lives.
